In this version we have removed Maxis PayPal and added Maxis Pay, the new payment channel for our customer.

App Description

Dear MyMaxis User, kindly be informed that we have now implemented Maxis Pay on the App. You can now make payments via the app.

A self help application for Maxis, Hotlink and Wireless Broadband customers to retrieve account information, subscribe to value added services & contact us through the various channel options at their preference. Maxis customers are able to view account information, credit limit, billing information; while Hotlink customers can check account balance, expiry date & active 10 numbers. Customers can also subscribe to mobile internet packages, friend finder service & many more value added services.

This service is available for:

Maxis consumer & individual customers who signed up for Personal Account on www.maxis.com.my.

Hotlink customers who have signed up for My Hotlink account on www.hotlink.com.my

If you have an Issue in updating your App:
1. Close the MyMaxis App and ensure it is not running in the background.
2. Ensure stable connectivity and retry.
3. Alternatively, refer to the App Store for the latest update.
