NOTE: If your app fails to launch after updating, please contact Apple iTunes Technical Support. An issue has been identified with the iTunes update process that cannot be resolved by University of Phoenix. Most students who experience the problem have worked around the issue by deleting the app from their device and reinstalling it from the App Store. However, in order to investigate the cause, Apple needs to talk to more people experiencing the issue, so we encourage you to contact iTunes Technical Support.
