App Description
My Session Plan is an iPhone application to document and manage your workout sessions. A session can consist of sets of tasks with repeats, work/rest ratios, randomisation and multiple timers. Times and completed reps can be saved for later reference. Sessions can be downloaded easily. Sessions can be shared with free registration.
