Wishing for maybe just a few moments sleep? ...
The idea behind 'Contented Baby Sleep' is to recreate the safety your baby felt whilst safe and warm in the womb. With a few extra sounds for more unique mixes.
It's an ipad specific baby sleep app made by a Father (of a 14 month old princess/monster).
After a successful year with my first ever iphone app 'Contented Baby Sleep for the iphone'. (made after the birth of our daughter in January 2010)...
I've finally got round to creating a version specifically for the ipad. With some nice little extras.
This version features a selection of high quality sounds, allowing you to customise those playing and create your own tailored relaxing melody.
RECREATE THE WOMB:
With a mix of the heartbeat recording, bubbling, and waterfall you can create a womb like experience for your little one.
TRY THE LULLABY:
The lullaby alone is incredibly calming, but when mixed with a few others (e.g. waves, bird song) your little one would struggle not to at least give you a few moments peace.
PRESETS:
4 presets are included to help get you setup and ready to go:
'Fresh Oasis'
'Soothing Womb'
'Wild Lullaby'
'Last Resort'
VOLUME:
The volume of the sounds can be easily tweaked with the on screen volume controls.
RELAX:
The 'Soothing Stars' screen can be turned on . These float across the screen spinning at slow varied speeds. Giving any tiny monster something to stare at in wonder.
Also when you draw on the screen a trail of stars echoes from you fingers, entertaining yourself if no one else.
EXTRA UMPH:
The ipad can always be plugged into a sound system to create a richer and more even sound.
