It helps you remember and keep track of everything in your health regimen, making it easier to take care of yourself and everyone else in your family. Tonic starts with a blank slate, ready to support you in carrying out your personal health practice. Tonic doesn't prescribe, but instead helps you do better whatever you are already doing. You set the agenda—perhaps advised by your doctors, family and friends—while Tonic helps you remember, track and organize.

EVERYTHING IN YOUR HEALTH REGIMEN
Tonic provides a smart and simple interface to support any health activity: medications, therapies, biometrics, exercise, diet, symptoms, observations, etc.

FLEXIBLE REMINDER SCHEDULES
Each item in your health regimen can have its own schedule of reminders:
- Once: date & time
- Daily: every N days; start and end dates; multiple times per day
- Weekly: selected days of the week; start and end dates; multiple times per day

FAMILY
Supports separate profiles and schedules for both you and your family.

LOCAL NOTIFICATIONS
Tonic uses local notifications, so you always get your reminders.

FLEXIBLE EVENT ENTRIES
Whenever you do something, whether a scheduled or unscheduled event, you can enter and edit the time, the amount, and journal notes.
