With WineStein, you will have your personal digital pocket sommelier at hand!

Finding the best matching wine with any dish has become easy with WineStein, your personal wine and food pairing advisor.

You can easily create a dish of your choice by entering main ingredients, preparations, sauces, side dishes or other extras. Once you have done that, WineStein is ready for wine pairing.

From your entry, WineStein generates a unique 'meal DNA', used to score the best wine pairings with the help of advanced artificial intelligence software.

For each dish, a scored list of wine type matches - with a full wine description -is returned. You can personalize these results by filtering on e.g. color (red, rose or white) or price range.

WineStein uses a remote connection to process your requests to the WineStein database and software. Therefore, using WineStein always requires an internet connection. The latter is also used to keep all data up to date. New wine types added to the database are also updated this way.

From its database, WineStein will offer you:

- More than 2000 ingredients
- Dozens of food preparations
- Hundreds of sauces

Allowing virtually any dish of your choice to be entered. WineStein offers a menu structure to facilitate the entry.

With more than 600 wine types used to score, this will result in perfect advice!
