App Description
Add this little gem to your exam prep toolbox and kick your studying into high gear. Whether you've been studying for months or are just beginning to prepare, this app will get you to where you need to be. With 500 separate questions and detailed answers based closely on the material in the current AP World History exam, this app is a comprehensive tool designed to test your current knowledge and master any unfamiliar material.
The questions and corresponding explanations are organized according to 5 major time periods, beginning in 8000 bce and ending in the present day. Feeling confident about your test readiness? Then take a practice test where you select the number of random questions included, from 25 to 500. Need more review of, say, the Postclassical Era or the Modern Era? Then select these categories for intensive review. Don't want the questions scrambled each time you take the test? This app allows you to turn off this feature in the settings menu.
Are you a Facebook user? Then you'll be pleased to know that this app allows you access to your Facebook account as well as the gWhiz fan page. So, wherever and whenever you use the app, you can stay connected and share your thoughts about this app (or anything else) with your friends.
The book's author, Adam Stevens, has been teaching in the New York City public schools since graduating from Columbia University with a BA in history in 1996, and is currently assigned to Brooklyn Technical High School.
