The Ticor Bottomline Closing Cost program is designed for Realtors and Lenders. It puts the power of the Ticor Bottomline desktop program in your hands and on the go. For maximum accuracy these programs are configured specifically for licensed Ticor Title offices so be sure to check the States and County section below before purchasing.
The first release is Buyers Closing Costs, soon to be followed by the Sellers Closing Cost module and Loan Pre-Qualification modules. Owners of the program will be able to update to the new modules in the future at no additional cost.
The mobile Ticor Bottomline program uses the same database as our desktop version and is capable of calculating extremely accurate closing costs for FHA, VA and Conventional loans as well as Cash transactions. Calculations include: Down Payment, Monthly Payment, Itemized Closing Costs, Itemized Impounds and Breakdowns of each of the cost categories. Program owners will be able to select from any of the licensed Ticor offices in case they are working out of their area.
