*note* - This app does not sync your entire library. It is not meant to replace iTunes syncing. It is simply for selecting a few photos or videos to transfer to your desktop. To retrieve files you must look in your 'Apps' tab in iTunes, and select this app, then you can save your selected photos or videos.
