What’s circuit training? It’s a series of exercises, each 30 seconds long, that focus on the total body including your arms, legs and core muscle groups.

Not sure how to create a circuit training workout? Don’t worry, Bootcamp comes ready with five workouts to get you started right away.

Want to create your own workouts? No problem, choose from a library of 40 hand picked exercises with a simple and intuitive workout builder.
