App Description

Cardio Vest is an application which demonstrates the use of a stethoscope in physical examination. It shows how heart sounds change as you move the stethoscope head from one position to another on the chest. It also demonstrates the use of the bell and diaphragm and the changes which occur based upon the patient's position.

It is for care nurses, cardiologists and anyone who wants to practice heart auscultation and identify heart anomalies based on sounds.

All sounds were carefully created and digitally enhanced by the experienced cardiologist Dr. Jon Keroes (UCSF).
