How Does Life Gear App Work?
First, you set your goal; which is how much water you should drink per day. In general doctors recommend 8 or 9 cups a day (but it really depends on many factors; and you may refer to your doctor for advise).
Second, Record each drinking activity. Life Gear App helps you to record your drinking activity with just a few tabs. Try to record your activity as soon as possible. This will help you too see more accurate info.
Third, Track your activity records. Life Gear App provide two means of tracking
1)Day activities; which helps you to see current day activities. Examining this screen will help you to see when you are drinking enough water and when you are in short for water.
2)Week history diagram; which shows how much you drink water for each day in the past week. This will help you to discover which days of week you get enough water and which days you don’t.
If history diagram shows that you are reaching your target amount per day for the whole past week, then you are drinking enough water for your body and you passed the test.
What if I failed the Test? How would Life Gear help me to improve?
Tracking your daily activities will show you when you are in short of water. This will raise the habit of drinking more water. Week history diagram will show you your overall progress. This will push you to increase your drinking water till you reach your goal.
