I like this app

I have used this guide for four years and find it quite useful. I have traveled since the 70s and back then Lonely Planet was only in its infancy and not in every country.

Most of the time traveling then you learned what to do and where to go via talking with other travelers.
With today's way of travel where anyone with a phone can find a place or book and see their room online before they arrive...well, let's say it has dropped the Mystery out of traveling.
That said travel is still great but a lot more people out there doing it. Toms app was a great find and although there is not info about every knock and cranny it does quite well.

The one thing Tom that would be nice is to have your maps so that they could be blown up larger and maybe a bit more definitive other then that it works for me. Cheers!

Will use this app daily!

Excellent app!
includes everything you need to know about any city in any country in the world! I was amazed at the help it gives for languages too. For example, each language has its phrasebook in which you can find the alphabet and how each letter or symbol is pronounced, phrases, colors, numbers, everything! I would highly recommend this app :)

Best app for travelling

I just used this app just about every day of a 5 month round the world journey. Since it is offline you don't need Internet for it to work properly. It gave me countless things to do, see and eat in every city I visited. I particularly like the ones that have a 1 or 2 day itinerary for the city that makes sure you hit all the highlights. Get it for travel. Love it!
