The Vook features new functionality that lets you read and watch in full screen with full color video and images, rotate the screen between portrait and landscape view, and email quotes and notes from within the application.
This Vook takes you on a fantastical journey all the way to Oxford, England to experience, first hand, Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. This awe-inspiring story was first written in 1865 by English author Charles Lutwidge Dodgson under the pseudonym Lewis Carroll. This mixed media Vook combines Carroll's original story and illustrations with beautiful videos and web links that fully immerse you into this fantasy world. The richly layered videos that were filmed in Oxford give you a personal tour of where Lewis Carroll lived and wrote Alice's Adventures in Wonderland. You will learn about Carroll's inspiration for Alice and the many characters he created for his timeless story. Alice's Adventures in Wonderland follows a young girl named Alice down a rabbit hole and into a fantasy world that is filled with quirky, anthropomorphic creatures.
