You can apply filters on selective area of an image. You can upgrade to iPicED only for 2.99$. iPicEd for iPad offers 32 practically useful filters, 11 overlay effects, 6 borers and 12 photo frames. An "Upgrade Now" link is provided in the application to upgrade conveniently to "iPicEd for iPad".

The filter set is divided in 9 categories along with Overlays and Frames Category.

**Adjust category contains the filters related to image adjustment which are RGB Balance, Contrast Brightness and Gamma. User can adjust these settings from the slider provided on the screen.
**The Colorize category contains additional filters i.e. Saturation, Equalize and Normalize.
**The Effects category contains Sepia, Negative, Grayscale, Pencil and Emboss.
**The Deform category contains Twirl and Cylinder filters.
**The Overlays category contains Balloons, Birds and Drops overlay effects that will be embedded on your photos.
**FotoEditor offers Frames category that contains Anniversary, Friends and Music to frame your photos for celebrations.
**Different operations on the image can be performed like RotateLeft, RotateRight, MirrorVertical, MirrorHorizontal and Crop.
**Borders can be applied on the images. Supported borders are CinemaVertical and CinemaHorizontal.
**Zoom Photos for a better view.
**Upload photos on Facebook, Twitter and Picasa.
**It supports dimensions of 12 Megapixels.
