UI

- Friends Screen allows you to invite, join, and message your friends

- Join Screen allows you to filter by campaign, townes, locked, levels, etc.

- Login Screen allows you to remember password

- Realm Screen shows total population

- Inventory Screen requires confirmation to sell items

- Help Screen preferences are saved

- Remove Friend now has a confirmation
