App Description
AT Health Tracker, product of Afanche Technologies, Inc. is a handy tool to keep track of your health. By default, it monitors important indictors of your health including Systolic, Diastolic, Weight, BBT(Bascal Body Temperature), Blood Glucose. You can easily add new monitoring items if necessary.
The App is very easy to use, tell the App your blood pressure or any other data whenever you have it. The App would keep everything in the database and show you the trend of the indicators by graph.
With the help of the App, you will easily monitor your health. Your health, in your control!
