SHAPE’s newest app, the fifth in a series, shows you how to stay on track in your hotel room! Three of the strength workouts utilize items like luggage, an ottoman or bed, and water bottles—standard in any room—and three incorporate a resistance tube, which you can purchase for less than $20 and easily tuck into your suitcase or carry-on. The final two plans provide a cardio hit along with some strength moves so you get (or stay) firm and fit, wherever your job or family take you.
GET MOVING: Eight different routines target your entire body and each workout contains step-by-step instructional images, videos, and audio coaching to ensure you get an effective workout. Use them in your room, outdoors, or even in the hotel gym.
RECORD IT: Simply enter your reps, sets and any equipment you used for each exercise to keep track of your progress. Once you complete the workout, the data will be recorded in your workout log, which you can always refer back to.
SHARE IT: Share workout logs with your friends, family, or even your doctor. Inspire others to get started by e-mailing them your progress. It’s an easy way to stay motivated so you can continue to see results.
