Rock out your photos! Pic Grunger makes your pictures look as if they were hanging on the wall of a rock club for years. Choose from 4 different grunge effects and 3 color styles to apply to any picture stored on your device. Simply select your desired picture resolution, select a photo, and then choose one of the listed grunge effects. Once you have chosen an effect you will have options to modify the look of the grunged photo. These options include: adjusting the strength of the effect, changing the color style, adding a border. Once you are finished editing your photo you can save it to your device's photo library.
