As Nikita searches the briny deep for the missing food, he meets friends who help him on his quest. Designed for children 3-7, the colorfully illustrated pages, complete with cheerful music and playful animations, get your young ones reading and keep them glued to the pages. Children may choose to read the story themselves, or listen to the story as it is read aloud by the narrator.
The game section of the app ties in to the story – after reading about Nikita’s adventure in the ocean, children search the sea for the missing food. Be careful! Not all of it is edible for whales! Tap the correct foods to feed Nikita. How many tries will it take before Nikita can get a full meal? Children try to identify the food in as few tries as possible, and are rewarded with encouraging sounds when Nikita is fed.
