El Cucui takes you through some of the techniques that he used to become the only fighter in mixed martial arts history to own titles in four different weight classes.
El Cucui breaks down and examines one of the most important aspects of where the fight takes place...against the Cage! He unleashes his entire arsenal of throws from the clinch, detailing everything from basic pummeling to takedowns and submissions. To further your education, he demonstrates how to blend these takedowns with evasive maneuvers to make your opponent pay for his attacks. He also breaks down the dirty boxing clinch by demonstrating numerous ways to off-balance your opponent while punishing him with strikes at the same time. Whether you are new to the martial arts or an experienced MMA fighter, Cage Control will elevate your game to the next level.
