The northwest's National Parks, monuments and other sites, in your pocket! Parks Envi NW brings hundreds of Web-based photos and maps from parks of the great northwest to your iPhone. Whether you want to plan a trip before you go, check out the view from one of the live webcams, or figure out exactly where you are when you're there (maps are built-in; no Internet needed), Parks Envi NW will make a great outdoor experience even better.

From Old Faithful in Yellowstone, Crater Lake in Oregon and Mt. Rainier in Washington to the Grand Tetons in Wyoming and Denali National Park in Alaska, Parks Envi NW displays Web-based parks images, from the NPS and others, the way you would expect on the iPhone: full screen, with multi-touch controls, in automated slide shows, Ken Burns effect mini motion pictures, or scrolling image arrays. Mountains, lakes, valleys, forests, coastlines, historic sites and more from Alaska, Idaho, Oregon, Washington, Montana and Wyoming. They're all part of Parks Envi NW.

The app is also more than just a bunch of pretty pictures. It includes access to in-depth information on the parks, and even the ability to view their location in the Maps application.
