ATTACHING MESSAGES TO LOCATIONS
Twittori is a service build on top of Twitter to offer geotagging for single status messages i.e. you write Twitter messages connected to a place on earth. A small link is added with the integrated geo location information which looks like http://GE0.at/ABC123. The Twittori iPhone App does all the handling for you and adds this information at the end of your message. Consequently, messages are limited to 120 characters.
The second main feature is that you can follow places in a similar way than you are used to follow users on Twitter. Therefore the earth is divided in discrete squares of about 0.25 square kilometers. This way you keep updated what is happening in your neighbourhood, your favorite bar or your next holiday destination.
This little tool is handy to write messages related to the current location your are or to see what other people have written at the same place so far. This way you can leave notes for other Twitters at certain places.
Twittori gives you the possibility to share your opinions in time and space!
Twittori is not a replacement for other Twitter clients, but an extension for messages attached to geo locations. If you have questions write to firstname.lastname@example.org
Twittori is also greatly usable from the web.
