If you are upgrading from version 2.04 or earlier to this version, your existing tokens will be deleted automatically and you will have to request new tokens from your administrator. This is required due to enhancements that were made to the storage of tokens.

To use the FireID mobile application, you need an account from one or more FireID-protected service providers (eg. your bank or company VPN). Each service provider can deploy a unique authentication token to your phone at no cost to you. During deployment, you will receive instructions on how to install your new tokens.
