An entirely new look & feel
Lose It! now has a vibrant, more modern appearance and a new, improved structure. The refresh of the UI isn’t simply skin deep though. Whether it’s the all new My Day experience that makes is easy to track your day, the new Goals section that reveals your progress toward all your goals, or the all new Me section that has all of your data and deeper insights into them, we’ve kept the simplicity of Lose It!, while making it faster, easier to use, and even more beautiful.

A simpler way to see your day and week
We’ve revamped the My Day screen, it now has an easy-to-read dial that shows you the number of calories you have left for the day. You’ll also get a broad view of the calories you’ve eaten over that week which can help with your planning or motivation - stay focused on keeping your week on track even if you go over your budget on a day or two!

Faster logging
We’ve reduced the number of steps to log a food and even better, before you even search, we suggest your frequently eaten foods, as well as nearby restaurants, and more. Just a few taps and that meal is logged!

Easier goals tracking
The goals screen also now shows you all of your goals in one place. The color coded status bar on the right hand side of the screen also makes it easy to gauge your progress on each of them -- green means you’ve met that goal and red means you have more work to do. We’ve also added a feature many of you have been asking for -- the ability to tap on specific dates on the graph to see how far you've come and the milestones you've hit along the way.

Complete integration with Apple Health
We read and write food, exercise, weight, and other custom goal values that you set up. This Health integration is top notch, writing complete details for everything (including individual food items).

Introducing Insights for Premium users
Premium users now get an even deeper insights into their eating habits with the addition of Food, Calorie, Nutrition, and Meal Insights. These rich reports shed light on your habits, empowering you to make better choices to achieve your goal.
