App Description

*** Not only is miniSynth the FIRST and the ORIGINAL synthesizer for the iPhone and iPod Touch, but it is also the most popular of all time! Beware of impersonators! ***

*** Nominated for the 2008 and 2009 Best App Ever Awards ***

*** Version 2.2: Now with zero-latency, sliding among keys and improved keyboard sensitivity ***

The original iPhone synthesizer is now in its 2.2, just happily out of college. With a tasteful set of tweaks here and there, including its shiny new slide-friendly keyboard, and platform-first ZERO LATENCY (yeah, you heard it right), it's here to muse and amuse. It retains both its original skin, and the battered '52-Tele one, switchable via the instructions below. Complete with a recording and playback module, an audio file browser and ability to export via Wi-Fi without connecting to those shady third party servers, and still with the original Utz price tag. Ho hum.

What else? Brought to you by the same team behind Tune-O-Rama, Thereminator, and MegaSynth, miniSynth has sounds and features that rival those of its flesh-and-blood (well....transistor-and-wood) forbears. Just experiment with its two 6-octave oscillators and ultra retro filter to see what we mean: you'll be able to evoke sounds from Classic Rock to Electronica, and from Prog to New Wave just by moving a few sliders, or create unique voices of your own. From luscious booming bass sounds to shrill screeches, miniSynth won't disappoint.

To experience miniSynth's tone to the fullest, we suggest you plug in your stereo or headphones. Then beam me up, Scotty!
