Please make sure you have overwrite images set to ON if your contacts still have their images set when you reinstall FriendSync. Otherwise any contacts with images already set in your Contacts will not sync in FriendSync.

Google contacts syncing causes images to be resized down to a very small thumbnail. This is done after FriendSync sets the contacts' image. It is a bug with google contacts sync. Syncing google contacts is not compatible with FriendSync for this reason.
