App Description
Coping Skills is a fun app that will take your mind off your problems and make you feel better. Everyone gets upset from time to time, with unpleasant thoughts and this app will help you get the bad and sad thoughts out of your head and help you feel better.
As a Licensed therapist, I wanted to put this app out on the App Store to help people cope with the day-to-day struggles of life and feel better emotionally.
