Monitor earthquakes around the globe with Sandking Epicenter, an intuitively designed earthquake monitoring app in the AppStore. View all earthquake events using the beautifully-styled map and immediately see each earthquake's intensity with the gradient color-coding scheme.
Tap an earthquake marker on the map to learn more details about the earthquake such as:
- Magnitude
- Location Description
- Time and Date
- Map Coordinates with Depth
- Significance
- Modified Mercalli Intensity (MMI)
- Maximum Recorded Intensity (CDI)
- Azimuthal Gap
- Number of Felt Reports Submitted
- Tsunami
- Alert Level
You can also see further details like Nearby Seismicity and Regional Information once redirected to the corresponding USGS webpage.
All earthquakes shown on the map can also be viewed in list mode. The list can be sorted according to time, date and magnitude.
If you need to search for a particular earthquake you can do so with the help of search filters like minimum and maximum magnitude, skip/offset, limit/count, start-date and end-date.
The data is from the USGS (United States Geological Survey).
