BumbleBee Kids 4+

I bought this subscription for my toddler boy to learn. After I realized he didn’t show much interest in it, I uninstalled it and cancelled the subscription a year back. They still continues to Bill me till the day I am writing this review. I didn’t notice my transactions on my credit card from BumbleBee. Either it’s a bug on your software that even after subscription was cancelled from my iCloud you still didn’t get it and when I logged in to my account on website to check, I have active subscription running on month to month basis. This is disgusting or you are scamming people by charging them for unused apps. I wish I could rate this app in negative numbers.

This app is horrible!!! The number to contact is not a working number. They charge you before u even see it and then no one gets back to you about a refund or how to cancel!! The worst app EVER!! And it’s $30 a month!!!! Do yourself a favor and find something else cuz the ad on google is deceivingly convincing but it’s a terrible app!!! And no one gets back to you!!! As soon as someone gets back to me and refunds my money I’ll change this review. If u still see it up it means I have yet to get a refund and no one has contacted me! Save ur money!!

They make this appear to be a one time purchase by making it not appear in your subscriptions on your iPhone. However, after they kept charging me 30$ a month I had to do some digging and log in to their website on a browser to see that it is in fact a subscription. They trick people by making it appear in your list of subscriptions like every other app on the apple store. Very deceptive.
