About Srikanth Meka

I was born on 23rd March at Gangavathi, Karnataka. I did B.Com in CSI College of commerce Karnataka University, Dharwad, Karnataka and got a diploma from the film institute. I married to state award winning Telugu actress, Sivaranjini, also known by the name Ooha and has two sons, Roshan and Rohan and a daughter, Medha. I has 2 siblings and was born in a middle class family without any filmy background. After graduation in commerce i took a diploma in acting from a film institute in Karnataka.
Trust me “there is no substitute for hard work”. Being an ordinary person from a middle class family with no filmy background yet decided to work with film industry was like a day dream. But from couple of decades I have been entertaining audience and film industry by preserving my goals and working towards it and competing with myself to explore every day and growing exceptionally in this process. I have started my career with minor roles as Villain and supporting artist then played lead characters with great directors. I feel extremely humble for all the love and appreciation that I receive from my fans. It really feels good when my coworkers, friends and fans acknowledge me for my hard work. It is appreciable to be known for your work and I feel blessed for accomplishing that. The journey from People’s Encounter to Sarrainodu is not that much easy. With just a small hope and strong desire entered in film industry playing different roles by improving my skills and reached this position by accepting challenges in engaging audience. In this journey I have successfully completed more than 100 Telugu movies with some great movies like Taj Mahal, Mahatma, Shankar Dada M.B.B.S., Kshemanga Velli Labhanga Randi, Egirey Pavurama, Ahvaanam, Maa Nannaki Pelli, Khadgam, Pellam vurelithe, Yemandoi Srivaru, Shankar Dada, Zindabad, Oh Chinadana, Vinodam, Swarabhishekam, Operation Duryodhana and Virodhi are the most memorable roles till now.
