This app is for humanity to discover and reach your greatness. Especially designed for doctors of chiropractic to use as an intake assessment for their patients, giving them a percentage of how much of their potential they are reaching.
Similar scoring to the original Oswestry disability index scoring, this app does the calculation for you, factoring in their performance and using a series of questions to calculate their human potential.
