Great App

App works great for me. Love the convenience and have never had any issue. If I were just rating the app, I would probably give it five stars. It gets dinged one star simply because it was never mentioned to me that this was a paid app. You would think that when buying a $20k spa, you would be able to use the features that it comes with without having to pay another annual fee. Having said that, even if I had known about it, I still would have purchased, I just would have been a little less salty when the annual fee renewal came up.

Super convenient!!

I love this app and the SmartTub feature on my new Jacuzzi spa. I'm so glad I added the SmartTub module. Our spa is located at a vacation home in the mountains so the app gives us the ability to monitor the spa while we're away. It's particularly nice to be able to pre-heat the spa while we're headed home from a day of skiing. I love being able to change the temperature, turn the jets on or off as well as the lights remotely. On several occasions we've been able to monitor and maintain the spa while renters were using the property. It also gives me access to the manual and a link for ordering supplies. It has definitely saved me a lot of time and is super convenient. Functionality has been good, haven't had any bugs or crashes. The convenience is invaluable.

Was a great service, not anymore!

I purchased my spa brand new less than 2 years ago and have enjoyed the flexibility of managing the temp etc through the mobile app. However, it no longer connects to the network because it’s an old 3G network card. I’ve been told by the app support team that ATT/T-Mobile are cutting their network and my spa is now left unable to connect to the network. This is extremely disappointing considering how much I paid for the spa less than two years ago AND the fact that I’ve paid for this network service. Other companies are working through this very issue by working with the local dealers to send out a tech and replace the network card. Very disappointing to not have any options presented from what I thought was a great company. This is my second Sundance Spa so you’d think they’d have a better customer support service.
