Top Animals is an electronic application and website specialized in and restricted to displaying photos and videos
containing animal content of all kinds and any services related to animals. Lovers of specialization and
excellence from all around the world share this feature whether they are individuals, institutions, entities or
commercial entities. This creates an environment that is interested in the world of animals, characterized by total
privacy and unique diversity, which gives more value to the content and service provided to users.
Top Animals provides the Service to two groups of users:
‣ The first group: the general user who can download Top Animal Application on their mobile phones
directly without paying any fees or money in exchange for downloading the application. This user can
benefit from all the features of our Service except the ability to share Content or upload any posts to Top
Animals. He can follow member users (pro members) from the second group of users, add them to the
following list, view all the displayed Content, comment on the Content as allowed to him, like Content
besides using all the features made available to him.

‣ The second group: member user (pro member) who pays a yearly amount of money to Top Animals after
downloading the application which allows him to upload his own Content of photos and videos, share his
Content to users of both groups, and use all the available features available in the Service, such as making
his account available to followers or making it private to the ones he chooses to allow them to follow him,
besides all the powers provided by our Service in case he wants to benefit from all the features of the
Service. The payment is renewed on yearly basis in case he wants to continue his membership. Top
animals allows payment through the well-known global payment gateway PayPal. By paying, you
become one of Top Animals' members who can enjoy privacy and excellence in displaying animal
specialized Content and services.
