What happened to notification function?

I used to find this app really helpful to remind me to put out my trash. But now, despite having push notifications turned on, I am NEVER getting reminded about any step in trash pickup. I have noticed that every single time I open the app, it seems to be signing me in. So maybe the problem is that it’s auto-logging me out all the time so I’m not getting the notifications?? They really need to fix this though, because it’s otherwise rendered the app useless.

Terrible app just like their service

The app has notified me 30 times in the last 3 hours that my service is about to begin. I saw that they actually finished over 3 hours ago and are long gone. But the app keeps telling me it’s about to begin.

The service is also terrible. They don’t always pick up the garbage. I will see them in my complex, but then they will skip some buildings. They make excuses like a little bit of rain to cancel for a day. But they will still charge you for service even when they don’t live up to their end. The instructions clearing say that if you have more than one bag, you can stack the second one on top. But then they will only just take the one. This company is making a lot of money for not doing the work they say they will.

We are sorry that this happened and appreciate the feedback. We recently invested in a complete ground-up upgrade of our application. During the transition last week, we experienced an issue with the legacy app causing duplicate notifications. It was recognized and corrected, but if you just go into your iOS app store and update your app, you will get our new version, which did not have this issue. You can always call, message, or chat through our app any time our service does not meet your expectations and someone will follow-up with you.

Terrible

The information provided by the app is extremely slow. Like it might notify you that trash pick up is getting ready to start but the notification is many many hours late and it was completed that morning. So the notifications are pretty much worthless most of the time. if you don’t login for a few weeks, it will log you out and it may not let you back in. That happened to me and it would not take that. I was pretty sure it was correct. The reset password option does not always work either. In fact, it usually does not work. Their customer service is just about as reliable as their trash pick up if that gives you any idea. 😉
