TASDEEQ Mobile app. Have a range of services that are high-need and may consume a long time for waiting on the counter, services include request for a new residential contract, renewal and cancellation in addition to the request for a new commercial contract, renewal and cancellation, where customers can be real estate offices or owners, The system also provided a range of assistive functions that ease property search and status of applications.

The service of the of residential contracts, renewal and cancellation comes to simplify the long procedures that were required of customers by allow him to reach the system as individuals or companies or representatives of others to request the service.

Important points:
1. Reduce the time required to request the service, which was required to visit Ajman Municipality and Planning Department.
2. Mechanisms to check transactions through the system and provide a checklist, which saves time to review applications and increase the speed of completion of the work.
3. Minimize the time-consuming required by retrieving real estate data entered through the system.
4. Possibility of determining the communication with the customer to confirm the quality of service.

يطرح تطبيق تصديق مجموعة من الخدمات ذات الحاجة العالية والتي قد تستهلك وقت طويل من الانتظار وهي طلب عقد سكني جديد، تجديد، والغاء بالإضافة الى طلب عقد تجاري جديد، تجديد، وإلغاء، حيث اصبح بإمكان المتعاملين كملاك العقارات ومديريها من طلب الخدمات عبر الهواتف الذكية، كما وفر النظام مجموعة من الوظائف المساعدة التي قامت بتسهيل عمليات البحث عن العقارات والية البحث عن الطلبات وحالتها.

جاءت خدمة تصديق العقود السكنية وتجديدها والغائها لتبسيط الإجراءات الطويلة والتي كانت مطلوبة من العملاء حيث اصبح بإمكان العملاء التوجه للنظام كأفراد او شركات او ممثلين عن غيرهم بطلب خدمة تصديق العقود السكنية وتوفير البيانات المطلوبة عبر الانترنت، لتقوم دائرة البلدية والتخطيط بعمل التحقق اللازم منها عبر النظام، والاعتماد بشكل سريع عبر النظام، واعلام العميل بشكل مباشر عن حالة الطلب عبر الرسائل والتنبيهات، وفي نهاية الخدمة يحصل العميل بعد عملية الدفع على المخرج النهائي لتحميله من التطبيق.

كما طرح النظام خدمة تصديق العقد للأغراض التجارية وتجديدها والغائها وتم بناءها على التكامل والربط بين عدة اطراف وهي دائرة البلدية والتخطيط، ودائرة التنمية الاقتصادي، والتي تتيح للعميل بطلب اصدار عقود تجارية من خلال نظام موحد يسمح للعميل بطلب الخدمة والقيام بعملية الدفع اللازمة، وقد أصبحت الخدمة سهلة الاستخدام بسبب تحسين وتطوير كفاءة وفعالية الخدمة، وتعطي كافة التفاصيل دون الحاجة الى عمليات الادخال الكثيرة فقد تم تقليل البيانات المدخلة للنظام وجلبها الكترونيا من الأطراف المختلفة عبر خدمات الربط والتكامل كما تم توفير حالة الطلب عبر الرسائل والتنبيهات، وفي نهاية الخدمة يحصل العميل بعد عملية الدفع على المخرج النهائي لتحميله على التطبيق.
