App Description
The iPhone app primarily helps the observers/nurses to record the agitation level of the patient by means of a slider that is tied to three positions i.e stable, slightly agitated and agitated.
Observers can feed the actions into database either as a single action or a continuous one. This feature helps to track the consumed time for the
selected agitated level of a patient.
