The RenArk offers direct access to your products, be it by browsing, searching or filtering by product type (e.g Price, Style, Special Offers, etc), all on one branded web app. 


On product pages, view products in even greater detail by pinching to zoom or scroll through a carousel of additional images. Should customers be intrigued by similar items or collections, nearby tabs give you the perfect segue to an even larger purchase.

Already subscribed to Renaissance’s Hang Tag Generator service? Then you’ll love scanning hang tags on your iPad with the RenArk app installed. It doesn’t get easier than this: scan, and immediately load that product’s page in real-time, right in front of your customer. 


Create Wishlists for Your Prospects

Sometimes your potential customer isn’t ready to pull the trigger, and that’s okay. Create a Wishlist of all the products your customers liked, and conveniently remind them by email at the conclusion of their visit. Simply click the Wishlist button on any product page, and access it again through the heart icon at the top of your iPad’s screen.

During the sales process, a customer may ask you a specific question about a product’s customization or availability. With the built-in Product Inquiry feature of the RenArk app, you can email your store exactly what your customer asked, and analyse or answer it later.
