Workout Keeper streamlines the process of recording workouts by predicting the next set based on previously completed workouts. Additionally, a built in stopwatch can be used to keep track of rest time between sets. Follow friends to see a feed of the workouts they are completing. If you like one, save it as a template and use it in the future.
