Works well

I really appreciate the highlights of which muscle is be stretched. The ability to vary the length of the stretch is also amazing. I also really enjoy the preprogrammed stretches based on which activity you're doing.

I would suggest a pre & post workout option. The stretches I do before a run are not the same as the ones I do after. Also, it would be nice if there was a heads up as to which stretch is coming down with a small countdown. I hate having to stare at my phone at the gym because I don't know what's coming next.

Overall, this is a great app and well worth the value at its current price point.

The trainer doesn’t move

I just started using this and I noticed that the doesn’t move on the app could please fix this

In-app purchase is hidden and ads smother entire experience

I think I would actually like this app if I could use it. I was looking for some hamstring stretches but every single time I changed from one screen to the next am ad would open and I would be stuck waiting for it. It took me around five minutes to explore just a few stretches. I also tried looking for the in-app purchase to pay to remove the ads and was unable to find it. The user experience for this app is horrible.
