Do you belong to the Generations family (in Nicholasville, KY)? Do you own a smartphone? This app is for you! The Generations app allows you to access media, events, digital giving, group chats, Bible readings, and content from our partners at The Bible Project and The Chosen all at the touch of your fingertips.

Generations was launched in 2004 “so each generation can set its hope anew on God.” (Ps 78:7a). We work diligently to partner with families, because everyone who follows Jesus should take their faith home with them. And we try to give people who have given up on God and church a good reason to find their way back (Luke 15). From 2004-2019, we operated as a “portable church” renting out a school and then a golf-course clubhouse. In 2019, we rented out a portion of a shopping plaza on the south side of Nicholasville.

We see ourselves primarily as a family and a community of faith, not as an event or a business. We do our best, with God’s help, to follow the way of Jesus. And we’ve discovered first-hand that God really is gracious, giving people something they don’t deserve: life, hope and a second chance.

This app allows users to stay digitally connected to Generations Community Church. However, digital and technological connections are a form of "relational snacking" and are no substitute for in-person worship, groups, service and participation in congregational life. We are embodied human beings that required embodied relationships and friendships.
