Livegenic myClaim app is designed to help policyholders document and streamline insurance claim processing.
Using this app, you can collaborate with the claims representatives by capturing and submitting important loss documentation. You can record narrated video of the loss and explaining it in detail, taking pictures, submitting documents, and exchanging notes and track the status of the claim, and more.

Basic functionality doesn’t work
To use this app you put in your phone number, search for your claim, and get a text message with a link. Then you click on the link, it sends you to the App Store, and then you can click the open button (since you already have the app). And it asks you to enter your number so it can look up the claim. Infinite loop.

Doesn’t work
Sends me link and it makes me go back to the App Store even if I have it downloaded
