A 3 day Annual event held in Sunken Gardens Theatre.

SAZA Commission Inc. looks forward to seeing you and your family at our Fiesta San Antonio event. This year marks our 36th year of producing "A Taste of New Orleans".

All monies and proceeds made from this event will help fund college scholarships for graduating high school seniors, as well as replenishing our benevolent fund to assist those in need in the San Antonio community. Laissez les bons temps rouler!!

The San Antonio Zulu Association/SAZA Commission Inc. is a benevolent not-for-profit organization founded with the mission to assist the greater San Antonio community. With the proceeds from its well-known annual “A Taste of New Orleans” event, held during the San Antonio Fiesta Celebration, the organization reaches out to the community by providing youth the opportunity to further their education.

The organization with a membership of 42 dedicated volunteers, also provide numerous philanthropic outreach programs throughout the San Antonio community.
