It is possible to stream the audio of all the websites to your bluetooth device.
Among the apps supported there are:
Apple Music, Netflix, Youtube, Spotify, SkyGo, TIMmusic, Cloud Zapping, Safari, Chrome.

The audio quality depends on the bluetooth headset or hands-free; the app streams always with the best quality possible according to the headset/hands-free specifications.
