App Description
We provide legal advice and preventive advocacy with a view to reducing unnecessary legal demands through guidance on taking procedures to avoid judicial conflicts.
It is an interesting service for those who want to reduce costs with lawsuits and avoid future problems caused by lack of guidance.
Through this application, it is possible to appeal to a lawyer and promote methods of consensual solution of conflicts, as provided in Article 3, §3, of the New Code of Civil Procedure:
"Paragraph 3 The conciliation, mediation and other methods of consensual resolution of conflicts shall be encouraged by judges, lawyers, public defenders and members of the Public Prosecution Service, including in the course of the judicial process."
