Lights, camera, action: Make-a-Movie is here!
You know BrainPOP for its award-winning digital content, like animated movies, learning games, concept mapping, customizable quizzes, primary source activities, and an ever-expanding list of other cross-curricular features. Now, with the newest addition to our suite of creation tools, we’re empowering teachers and students to make their own BrainPOP-style movies. Make-a-Movie lets you build scenes using an extensive library of BrainPOP images or your own drawings. Add narration; manipulate backgrounds; and even start with a letter the way each of our movies does.
Available to subscribers using My BrainPOP’s individual account system, our Make-a-Movie tool cultivates planning, organizing, writing, collaborating, and analyzing skills. Students take ownership of their learning as they engage with curricular content on a deeper level and demonstrate comprehension of a given topic.
Movies created in the app are automatically saved to My BrainPOP individual accounts; and are accessible from both tablet and computer for viewing and editing.
