新闻板块设置“头条”、“推荐”、“政情”、“文汇”、“微视”等30个栏目，汇聚来自报纸、电视、广播、网站、新闻客户端以及优质自媒体的内容，包括微视频、VR视频、无人机视频、H5、动新闻、读图新闻等多种创新产品。通过精准的“用户画像”，为用户自动推荐感兴趣的文章。此外，全市各级政府部门、高校等开设的近2000个微博、微信账号入驻“津云号”，全天候提供各种资讯。
“问政”板块设有《公仆走进直播间》、《行风坐标?为您解忧》、《党群心连心》、《政民零距离》、《民生词典》等特色栏目，通过准确的地理位置信息，为各级党委政府锁定民生热点。
“直播”版块依托天津广播电视台的资源优势，提供10套电视节目、11套广播节目的全天候直播，为用户带来便捷、流畅、清晰的视听体验。
