The Unusual SAT Words edition has a selection of the most obscure words that may still come up - get a leap ahead on your peers by knowledge of many of these words! This pack is perfect for anyone wishing to dramatically increase their vocabulary - with words that are not commonly read or heard, and the definitions for each included.

Wordsearches have long been used as a teaching supplement to improve students' familiarity with vocabulary and spelling. The mental process of looking for a word and repeating it over while searching for it in the grid helps to cement it into the brain, as using something in a process is always more beneficial than simply copying or repeating it.

Astraware SAT Edition Wordsearches take this a step further by including the definition for each word, either when you tap on the word in the list, or when you find it in the grid. In this way both the word and the meaning are reinforced together.

Studies show that no matter the level of education, each of us has a different vocabulary, beyond a certain amount of everyday common words. By including a wide range of the most important words there will be new and unfamiliar words for everyone playing.
