In his book "The Art of Thai Foot Massage", Simon Piers Gall examines the history and development of this phenomenon, and its philosophy, and shows you step by step how to practice this ancient healing art.

This application contains the lengthy opening sequence from the book and provides a good foundation to mastering the art. The only equipment required is some massage cream or oil.
