App Description
The Occupational Safety and Health and Force Preservation mission of Marine Corps Air Facility Quantico is simple – to provide Marines and Sailors, civilian Marines, contractors, and visitors with a safe and healthful work environment in order to prevent the occurrence of injuries and occupational illnesses. To that end, MCAF will begin enthusiastically implementing the safety and health management concepts of the Occupational Safety and Health Administration’s (OSHA) Voluntary Protection Program (VPP) and we as Air Facility team members will do our part to ensure the program’s success. Our focus for all military, civilian and contract personnel shall be the four tenets of VPP that can be learned about here in this application.
With this app as one of the many tools provided, supervisors shall establish a proactive organization safety culture by ensuring employees are actively involved in safety initiatives throughout the command.
